Countryside Skills Training Centre

Based at Hexham Racecourse in Northumberland the LANTRA Awards Approved Countryside Skills Training Centre provides a relaxed and friendly learning environment with the very best tuition from first class instructors, many of whom are former industry professionals.

Whether you are looking to learn new skills, improve existing ones to enhance career prospects or simply wishing to get more out of life we can provide a course for you from beginner level to professional qualifications.

Below you can see the courses we offer in the Winter/Spring 2008 season, which includes subjects that address the ever changing demands made by legislation. The courses will run regularly during the season, to meet demands. There's also a list of more excellent courses which will be run in the future and in addition we will be adding a selection of Craft Skills.

All our training courses are offered to small groups so that you receive plenty of individual attention and are supplemented by course materials.
