The Countryside Skills Training Centre is based at Hexham Racecourse, set in the heart of the beautiful Northumberland countryside about two miles south of the town centre and within easy reach of many of the places of interest.

By Road

Hexham is approximately 20 miles from Newcastle and 35 miles from Carlisle south of Hexham off the A69 between the B6305 and the B6306.

By Rail

Hexham station is on the line between Newcastle and Carlisle and is approximately 2 miles from the racecourse. You can find train times from the trainline.com website.

If you are using SAT NAV to find the racecourse please make sure you use the postcode NE46 2JP and not that for the Countryside Skills Training Centre main office as shown on the contacts page. (The office is not at the racecourse).
